A promotional drawing run by OnyxTrue Holding LLC, doing business as Evolve First. Read this before you enter. Entering means you accept these rules.

1. Sponsor
OnyxTrue Holding LLC, doing business as Evolve First, Slidell, Louisiana, United States. The Sponsor is solely responsible for this promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
Void in Puerto Rico, all other United States territories and possessions, and everywhere else outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
One entry per person and per email address. Attempting to enter more than once, including by using multiple email addresses or identities, voids all of that person's entries.
3. Promotion period
The promotion opens September 7, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and closes when 500 eligible registrations have been received or on December 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time, whichever happens first. The Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
To receive one entry you must complete all three of the following:
- Create a free Evolve First account at evolve-first.com, which includes reading and signing the waiver.
- Verify your email address using the link sent to you. An unverified account is not an eligible entry.
- Follow @evolvefirst1 on Instagram.
You must also be among the first 500 eligible registrations. Registrations received after the 500th are not entered into the drawing, and the Sponsor will say so on the website when that point is reached.
Free method of entry. Instagram is not required to enter. To enter without following on Instagram, complete steps 1 and 2 above and send an email with the subject "First 500 Entry" from your verified account address to the address on the Contact page during the promotion period. Entries submitted this way receive the same single entry and the same odds as any other entry.
Creating an Evolve First account is free and always will be. Nothing in this promotion requires payment, a contribution, or any purchase.
5. Prizes
Twenty prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $1,500, awarded as follows:
All prizes are virtual gift cards delivered by email. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
ALL TWENTY PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED. IF FEWER THAN 500 ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED, EVERY PRIZE IS STILL AWARDED AND THE ODDS OF WINNING SIMPLY IMPROVE FOR EVERYONE WHO ENTERED.
6. Odds of winning
The odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. With the maximum of 500 eligible entries, each entrant has a 20 in 500 chance — 4 percent — of winning one of the twenty prizes. Fewer entries means better odds for everybody entered.
7. Drawing
Twenty winners will be selected in a single random drawing from all eligible entries on December 15, 2026. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor, and the Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding.
Prizes are awarded in descending order: the first name drawn receives the grand prize, and so on down the list in section 5. No entrant may win more than one prize.
8. Winner notification and claiming a prize
Winners are notified by email at the verified address on their account within five business days of the drawing. A winner has fourteen days from the date the notification is sent to respond and claim the prize.
If a winner does not respond within fourteen days, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, that prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor will repeat this up to three times per prize, after which the prize may go unawarded.
Winners may be required to confirm eligibility before a prize is delivered.
9. Instagram is not involved
THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR META PLATFORMS, INC. YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO ONYXTRUE HOLDING LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS EVOLVE FIRST AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM. ANY QUESTIONS, COMMENTS OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PROMOTION MUST BE DIRECTED TO THE SPONSOR AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM.
Following on Instagram is one way to complete an entry, not a condition of using Evolve First. Nothing on Evolve First is withheld from anybody who does not use Instagram.
10. Privacy and your information
Information you provide is used to administer this promotion and to run your Evolve First account. It is handled according to our Privacy Policy. The Sponsor does not sell entrant information and does not share it for advertising.
Entering does not obligate you to receive marketing email. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry.
Winners consent to the Sponsor announcing their first name and the first initial of their surname in connection with the drawing. No other personal information is published.
11. Conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, the website, or the operation of the promotion, who acts in a way that is unfair to other entrants, or who violates these rules or the Membership Terms.
If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may suspend or modify it, and will award the prizes among eligible entries received up to the point of suspension.
By entering you release the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates from any liability arising out of this promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize.
Winners are responsible for any taxes on a prize. The Sponsor may be required to report prize values.
12. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is resolved under the terms set out in the Membership Terms.
13. Winners list
For the names of the winners after the drawing, email the address on the Contact page with the subject "First 500 Winners" within sixty days of December 15, 2026.
