Crew & Community Rules
Short, because there are only a few ways to ruin this for somebody.
The rules
- Log the truth. A day you did not do is not a day. In a crew, a fake entry is a lie told to your friends.
- Only invite people who want it. Do not add somebody's number without asking them. Do not invite anyone under 18 to their own account — a parent does the challenge with them, on the parent's account.
- Push, do not bully. Chasing a friend on day 12 is the point. Shaming, threatening, or piling on is not, and it will end your account.
- Never tell anyone to ignore pain, injury, illness, or a doctor. Not as a joke, not as motivation. This is the one that gets people hurt.
- Somebody who stops has stopped. Respect it the first time, every time, whatever the crew rule says about restarts.
- Do not coach. Unless you are actually qualified and insured, do not prescribe programs, diets, or treatment to other members.
- Keep it yours. Do not repost, resell, or run our challenges as a paid program without written permission.
What happens if you break them
We will remove content, remove you from a crew, or close your account, without notice and at our sole discretion. There is no appeal process and we are not going to argue about it. Serious conduct gets reported to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting
If a member is harassing you, endangering you, or pressuring anyone to train through injury, tell us at evolve@evolve-first.com. If somebody is in immediate danger, call emergency services first.
