How it works

Four steps.
There is no fifth.

The entire product takes about nine seconds a day to use. That is deliberate. Everything we left out is something that gave people a way to feel busy instead of being finished.

01
Pick it.

Browse seventy-one challenges across 15 categories — Strength, Cardio, Weight Loss, Running, Sports, Mobility, Mental Toughness, Friends, Mindset, Organization, Digital Wellness, Exploration, Money, Learning and Personal Growth. Before you commit to anything you can see its difficulty, its exact length, the specific goal, the equipment it needs, its rules, and every single day of the plan. Nothing is hidden behind signing up. If day 47 is going to be brutal, you can read that before day 1.

02
Commit to it.

You accept the challenge and your day one is locked. From that point the system counts, and it expects things from you. There is no "flexible schedule," no auto-adjusting plan that quietly lowers the number when you miss. Some challenges let you owe a day and carry on. A few send you back to day one, and they say so up front.

03
Track it.

One screen a day. It says which day it is and exactly what the work is — DAY 19. 3 MILES. You do it, you check the box, and you can add one line about how it went and whether it felt easy, good or hard. That is the whole daily interaction. No calorie log, no wearable sync, no graphs.

04
Finish it.

Days complete, a percentage, a streak, and a grid of every day you did. Then the screen almost nobody in fitness ever gets to: the one that says finished, with the next challenge waiting behind it.

What a day looks like.

This is the actual screen, not a marketing mock-up. If it takes longer than nine seconds to read at 5am, we wrote it wrong and we rewrite it.

Crews.

The only social feature, and the only one worth having. You send one person the exact challenge you are doing. Now you are both on the same plan on the same days, and there is a board showing who showed up. No feed, no likes, no strangers, no algorithm. Quitting simply has to be done in public.

The things we left out.

Every one of these was considered and cut on purpose.

Calorie tracking
Wearable sync
Charts and graphs
Streak-saving freezes
Badges and points
A social feed
An adaptive algorithm

What is left is a challenge, a number of days, a checkbox, people watching, and a finish line. Read The Code if you want the reasoning.

Printable sheets.

Every challenge prints to a single clean page with every day and a checkbox next to it, for the fridge, the gym wall, or the inside of a locker. Some people never open the website again after printing it, and that is a completely legitimate way to use this.

It is free. It takes a minute.
