The site is free. It always will be.

Chip in,
or don't.

Evolve First does not charge anybody, does not run ads, and does not sell your data. That is not a growth tactic — it is the point. But getting it in front of the people who need it costs money, and that money currently comes out of one pocket.

If it has been useful to you and you want more people to find it, you can put something in. If you cannot, or you would simply rather not, nothing about your account changes and nobody will ask you again.

Red light glowing up through a deep crack in dark stone.

Where it goes.

In plain terms, and in this order.

01Getting it seen

Ads, printing, and putting challenge sheets in gyms, schools, teams and community centres where people who would never find a fitness website might see one on a wall.

02Keeping it running

Hosting, the domain and email. Small, boring, and unavoidable.

03Writing more

Every challenge day, workout and meal plan is written by hand. More of them is the main thing people ask for.

04Photography

Real photographs of real people finishing real things, instead of stock images of models who have never done any of this.

Give something.

One time, whatever you like. There is no monthly option because there is nothing to subscribe to.

Payment is handled by a third-party processor. We never see or store your card details. See the Privacy Policy.

What support is not.

Read this before you give.
Support is a gift. It is not a purchase, it is not a membership, and it buys you nothing.
  • It unlocks nothing. Every challenge, workout, meal plan and printable sheet is already free for everybody, forever. There is no donor tier and there never will be.
  • It buys no influence. Supporting does not get your challenge idea built, your gym promoted, or your message into anybody's inbox.
  • It is not tax deductible. Evolve First is a trade name of OnyxTrue Holding LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, not a registered 501(c)(3) charity, so contributions are personal gifts and cannot be claimed as charitable contributions. Ask your own tax professional if this matters to you.
  • It is generally non-refundable. If you gave by mistake or something went wrong, write to us within 30 days and we will sort it out — but there is no automatic refund window.
  • Nobody is publicly listed. We do not publish donor names, amounts, or a leaderboard.

Free ways to help, which are worth more.

Honestly, most of these move the needle further than money does.

Drag somebody in

Send one person a challenge invite. Two people doing the same thing finish far more often than one person doing it alone, and it costs you nothing.

Print a sheet

Put a challenge on a gym wall, a break-room noticeboard, a locker room, a classroom. Every challenge prints to one clean page.

Tell us it worked

If you finished something, say so. Real quotes from real people replace the placeholder testimonials on the site.

Tell us it did not

More useful than praise. If a challenge was badly written, wrong, or unsafe, say so and it gets fixed.

Either way, go train.

Nothing on this site is behind this page.
