You can permanently delete your Evolve First account and everything in it, at any time, from the app or this website. No retention offer, no survey.

How to do it
- In the app or on the website: sign in, open Profile, tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. It happens immediately.
- Can't sign in? Email evolve@evolve-first.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your profile and name, every challenge you accepted, every day you logged, your notes, your streaks and achievements, your Pulse check-ins, and the devices registered for reminders. This cannot be undone.
What is kept, and why
Only the record of the waiver you signed — the name you typed, the email it was signed with, the date, and the document version — because it is the evidence of what was agreed. It is kept for as long as a claim could reasonably be brought, as the Privacy Policy explains, and then deleted. Nothing else is kept.
