Eat better.
Without making it
complicated.
Healthy eating does not need to mean counting every calorie, weighing every ingredient, or eating the same food every day. These meal plans give you simple ideas for building balanced meals, planning your week, shopping with purpose, and making food choices that fit your life. Choose the eating style that works for you.
Simple food. Better choices. A plan you can actually follow.

Build a better plate.
Instead of making every meal about numbers, start with a simple structure. Most meals hold up well when they are built from these five things.
The meal plan library.
Pick an eating style, or narrow the list with the filters. Every plan is a set of ordinary meals with a shopping list attached — nothing to sign up for, nothing to track.
Allergy-aware collections.
Each of these narrows the library to plans whose meals, as written, do not include that allergen. They are a starting point for narrowing choices, not a safety check.
Eating with something
else going on.
Evolve First does not treat, manage or monitor any health condition. What follows is general meal-planning information, plus a clear statement of where this page stops and a qualified professional starts.
Meals that emphasise vegetables, protein, fibre-rich foods, whole grains and balanced carbohydrate portions.
If you have diabetes, prediabetes, take insulin, or use medication that affects blood sugar, consult your healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your eating pattern.
See the ideasMeals emphasising vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes and fish where appropriate, and foods lower in saturated fat and excess sodium.
People with heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, or prescribed dietary restrictions should follow the guidance provided by their healthcare professional.
See the ideasMeals that lean on fresh foods, herbs, spices, lemon and lime, garlic and minimally processed ingredients rather than salt.
This page does not set a sodium limit for anybody. If a healthcare professional has given you a target, follow theirs.
See the ideasKidney-related dietary needs can vary significantly based on kidney function, laboratory results, medications, dialysis status, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, fluid needs, and other factors. Evolve First does not provide a kidney-disease meal plan. Please work with your healthcare provider or renal dietitian.
Nutritional needs and food-safety considerations change during pregnancy and breastfeeding — including requirements for certain nutrients and advice about specific foods. Evolve First does not provide a pregnancy or breastfeeding meal plan. Please work with your physician, midwife or registered dietitian.
The filters on this page narrow meals by the allergens they contain as written. They cannot account for brands, recipes, substitutions, shared equipment or manufacturing environments. Always check ingredient labels and cross-contact warnings, and follow the guidance of your allergist or dietitian.
When there isn't much time.
The same meals, sorted by what you actually have available: minutes, a stove you do not want to turn on, or a free hour on Sunday.
Eating well is
not a luxury.
Beans, lentils, oats, rice, eggs, frozen vegetables, seasonal fruit, potatoes, whole-grain pasta, tinned tuna and salmon, chicken, cheaper cuts of meat and tofu do most of the work in this plan. Swap freely — any bean for any other bean, any cheap cut for another, fresh for frozen wherever it is cheaper that week.
See the Budget-Friendly PlanThe goal is not
perfect eating.
One meal does not define you. Neither does one weekend, one restaurant meal, or one day that did not go according to plan.
Healthy eating is built through patterns. More meals made from foods that support you. More planning. More water. More vegetables. More foods you recognise. Less pressure to make every choice perfect.
